My oven pancake adaptation from Betty Crocker recipe, is with 1/4 cup egg substitute (love the yellow), 1/4 cup whole wheat flour, 1/4 c. skim milk, and 1 tsp. butter.
This makes one serving, and I top mine with strawberries and yogurt for a complete breakfast. Or, I saute 1 apple in a sprayed p - 4/10/10
