3 Tbsp. Graham Cracker Crumbs 2/3 c . Boiling Water 1 pkg. Sugar Free Lime Jello (4 srv. size) 1 c. Fat Free Cottage Cheese 1 8 oz. Fat Free Cream Cheese 1 8 oz. Fat Free Whipped Topping 4 pkts. Splenda or Equal
Stir boiling water and gelatin together until completely dissolved. Cool 5 minutes. Pour gelatin into blender and add both cheeses and sweetner. Blend on medium just until smooth. Pour into large bowl. Stir in whipped topping just until blended. Spray an 8" or 9" Springform Pan with baking spray. Pour in the Gramham Cracker Crumbs and roll them around lightly dusting the bottom and lower 2" sides of the pan. Pour cheese mixture into the prepared Spring Form pan. Chill at least 4 hours. Makes 8 generous servings. * May also be made using Sugar Free Lemon Gelatin.
