Ingredients

    2 cups brocoli (original recipe calls for 1 cup)
    4 oz. 96% fat free chopped ham
    1 med Vidalia onion
    2T grated parmesaun cheese
    3 large eggs
    1/8t salt
    1/4t garlic powder
    3/4 c non fat milk
    3/4 c non fat cottage cheese
    1/8t paprika
    2T flour
    1 c 2% colby jack cheese shredded

Directions

Serving (1/6 slice)
Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
Spray a 9" round glass pie plate with cooking spray.
Layer brocoli, ham, onions across bottom of pie plate.
Sprinkle with parmesan cheese.
Whisk eggs in a mixing bowl. Whisk in salt, garlic powder, milk, cottage cheese and paprika.
Toss colby jack cheese with flour and add to egg mixture.
Pour over quiche.
Bake 40 minutes or until set.
Let stand 10 minutes.
