Italian Turkey Meatloaf

Ingredients

1/2 cup plain bread crumbs
1/2 c chopped parsley
1/4 c chopped, marinated, sundried tomatoes
2 cloves of garlic
2 eggs
2T 1% milk
1/2 c crumbled low fat feta
1.5 t kosher sat
1 t pepper
1 lb ground turkey
2 T tomato paste
optional 4 chopped jalapenos
Directions
Preheat your oven to 375 degrees. Combine all ingredients and shape into a rectangle. Add seasoning as you like. I suggest some basil. It should be about an inch thick. Place it in your oven for approximately45 minutes. Let stad for 5 minutes after removing from oven. Cut and serve.
