I drink one cup of these shake right after I work out. The vitamin c packet is called Emerngency C- and can be purchased at any whole food store and even Walmart. Ingredients

    WHEY PROTEIN 3 TBLS, 1 serving
    *1/2 avocado, 1 serving
    VITAMIN C PACKET, 1 serving
    skim milk, 0.5 cup
    FROZEN FRUIT -ALDI'S, 1 cup
    Water, tap, 1 cup (8 fl oz)

Directions

add all ingredients to the blender. hit liquefy. I use liquefy so it will be more liquid like than smoothie like.
