Introduction

Ingredients

    Romaine lettuce, broccoli coleslaw mix, yellow and red bell peppers,onion, green onion, celery, carrots, and cucumber.

Directions

Cut up 12 cups of romaine lettuce
1 bag of broccoli slaw
1 med. yellow bell pepper
1 med. red bell pepper
1 med. onion
3 green onion
1 cup celery
1 cup of regular chopped carrots
1 cucumber
Cut every all up put in a bowl mix it up.
Store it in a plastic bag. Make sure all the air is squeezed out so it stays fresh longer.
