Deviled Eggs with No Cholesterol

Ingredients

1 doz large eggs
1 1/2 cup instant mashed potatoes
1 cup boiling water
1 cup eggbeaters
1/4 tsp salt (optional)
1/4 tsp pepper
2 tbsp Smart Balance Buttery Spread
1/3 cup Hellman's Light Mayonnaise
2 tbsp mustard
3 tbsp sweet pickle relish
Paprika
Directions
Make 24 servings
Boil eggs and let cool. Peel and slice in half. Remove yolks. Bring water, butter and salt to a boil in saucepan and add mashed potato flakes and slowly stir in egg beaters. Stir until thoroughly mixed. Add remaining ingredients and fill egg halves. Sprinkle with paprika.
Chill in refrigerator until ready to serve.
