Beef eye round 32 oz.
Onions, raw, 1 cup, chopped
Del Monte Petite Cut, Diced tomatoes 1.5 cup
Oregano, Ground, 1 tsp.
Garlic 1 tsp.
White pepper 1 tsp
Directions
Slice the beef very thinly and place in the crockpot.
Add onions, tomatoes and spices.
Set on low-cook for approximately 6 hours.
