Number of Servings: 8

Ingredients

    1 lb. extra lean ground beef
    1 pkg taco seasoning
    mazola pure cooking spray
    1/2 C. Masa or Corn Meal
    3/4 C. Flour
    2 Env. Fleischmann's Rapid Rise Yeast
    1 Tbsp Sugar
    1/2 tsp. Salt
    3/4 C. Warm Milk (120-130 degrees)
    3 Tbsp. corn oil
    1 Egg
    1 C. Salsa
    1 C. partially crushed Frito's
    2 C. Mexican style shredded cheese

Directions

Brown meat and drain, add taco season and mix well (add water if needed).
Mix batter ingredients in a pre-sprayed 8x8 baking dish.
Top batter with Taco Meat, spreading evenly.
Spoon salsa over meat mixture.
Sprinkle on cheese.
Cover with corn chips.
Place in cold oven, set temp to 350 degrees and bake 30 min or until center is done.
