Introduction

This is a recipe me and my mum put together, to be fair, it didn't take a lot of brain power! This is a recipe me and my mum put together, to be fair, it didn't take a lot of brain power!
Number of Servings: 8

Ingredients

    5 small/medium potatos
    3 garlic cloves, chopped
    2 medium tomatos, chopped
    2 heaped tsp curry powder
    1 small onion, chopped
    1 tsp olive oil
    Water to boil

Directions

1. Fry the onion and garlic in the oil.
2. When browned, add the tomato, curry powder and potato and coat in oil.
3. Add the water, bring to the boil and simmer until the potato is soft and mushy.
