Introduction

Serve on a warmed bun, english muffin, on rice, or alongside fresh veggies. Serve on a warmed bun, english muffin, on rice, or alongside fresh veggies.

Ingredients

    1 Can Boneless/Skinless Salmon, flaked
    50g Onions, finely diced
    1 Large Egg
    28g Italian Bread Crumbs
    2Tbsp Kikkoman Lite Soy Sauce
    1tsp Ginger, ground

Directions

1. Heat skillet on medium heat, spray with Pam/non stick cooking spray.
2. Mix all ingredients in a bowl till well combined, then form into 2 patties.
3. Place patties and cook till warmed through, flipping only once.
