This mix makes tasty pancakes and omitting the oil and using egg whites you get 2-3 pancakes with syrup for about 150 calories. This mix makes tasty pancakes and omitting the oil and using egg whites you get 2-3 pancakes with syrup for about 150 calories.
Number of Servings: 4

Ingredients

    1 C Safeway Eating Right Whole Wheat Pancake Mix
    1 tsp cinnamon
    3/4 C skim milk
    2 large egg whites
    1/2 cup sugar free pancake syrup (I use Maple Grove Farms)

Directions

Whisk mix and cinnamon together
In a separate bowl, whisk milk and egg whites together

Drop scant 1/4 cupfuls of batter onto a lightly greased nonstick pan over medium-low heat.
Cook pancakes, flipping once when bubbles on the tops of the pancakes are set and the edges are dry.

Serve with 2tbsp sugar-free syrup per serving

Makes 4 servings of 2-3 pancakes each depending on size.
