Weight Watcher's Baked Beans

Ingredients

    2 15-ounce cans pinto beans
    1 14-ounce can diced tomatoes
    1 medium onion, finely chopped
    1/2 c. Water
    2 T. dark brown sugar
    1 T. molasses
    1 T. dry mustard
    2 t. liquid smoke
    1 t. celery seed
    1 t. salt
    1/4 t. garlic powder

Directions

Drain and rinse 2 15-oz. cans pinto beans and place them in crockpot. Stir in one 14-0z. can diced tomatoes; 1 medium onion, finely chopped; 1/2 c. water; 2 T. dark brown sugar; 1 T. molasses; 1 T. dry mustard; 2 T. liquid smoke; 1 t. celery seed; 1 t. salt; 1/4 t. garlic powder. Cover and cook on low until flavors have melded; about 8 hours. Makes 6 servings of 3/4 c. each. Points: 3
