Introduction

This is a quick tasty recipe. My family loves it. Be sure and use the large elbow macaroni. It holds onto the cheese better. This is a quick tasty recipe. My family loves it. Be sure and use the large elbow macaroni. It holds onto the cheese better.
Number of Servings: 6

Ingredients

    1 12 OZ package of Large Elbow Macaroni
    4 oz Velveeta Cheese
    1/2 cup Fontina Cheese
    1/2 cup Gruyere Cheese
    3 tbsp Butter
    1/2 cup Milk

Directions

Boil elbow macaroni as directed. While noodles are boiling shredd cheeses or cut into small pieces. Put cheese, milk and butter into another large dutch oven and melt on low heat. After cheese is melted, add noodles and stir to coat. For creamier cheese add milk as needed. Season to taste.
