Pumpkin Pudd'n

Introduction

Wanted to do something with my canned pumpkin - this was it. Wanted to do something with my canned pumpkin - this was it.
Number of Servings: 4

Ingredients

    2 eggs
    1 cup pumpkin
    3 oz cream cheese
    1/4 cup heavy cream
    1 tsp. vanilla extract
    cinnamon
    nutmeg
    sweetner of choice (I used Sweetzfree)

Directions

Pre-heat oven to 350

Throw everything listed into a blender, blend until smooth. Pour into a pie pan sprayed with Pam. Bake for 20 minutes, or until set. Chill well before serving.
