IntroductionWanted to do something with my canned pumpkin - this was it. Wanted to do something with my canned pumpkin - this was it.
1 cup pumpkin
3 oz cream cheese
1/4 cup heavy cream
1 tsp. vanilla extract
sweetner of choice (I used Sweetzfree)
Throw everything listed into a blender, blend until smooth. Pour into a pie pan sprayed with Pam. Bake for 20 minutes, or until set. Chill well before serving.
Makes 4 servings.
