Introduction

This is good with salmon or tilapia, actually any really fresh and hearty tasting fish This is good with salmon or tilapia, actually any really fresh and hearty tasting fish
Number of Servings: 4

Ingredients

    4 aprox 4 oz salmon steaks.
    1 tbsp lemon juice or from4 wedges divided in half
    1 tbsp lime juice or from 4 wedges divided in half
    1 fennel bulb
    1 tsp olive oil
    1 tsp dijon or other spicy mustard

Directions

Mix the dijon mustard, half the lemon and half the lime juice well. Marinate the fish steaks in the mixture for 1 hour or overnight. While the grill is heating, shred the fennel bulb. Mix with the olive oil and remaining juices. Grill the fish until done. Takes about 2 minutes in a George Forman type grill and serve over the shredded fennel.

Makes 4 servings, 1 fish steak and about half a cup of fennel.
