Ingredients

1 oz peeled steamed shrimp
1 oz cooked barilla whole grain rotini
1/10 oz red pepper strips
1/4 chopped tomato
1 tbsp Walden Farms Honey Dijon Salad Dressing
Dash of Mrs. Dash to taste
Splash of lemon juice
Directions
steam the shrimp for 5 minutes or until done, cook the pasta until done, rinse the pasta and shrimp in cold water until cool. Add in remaining ingredients. Chill for at least one hour. Makes 1 serving.
