Cauliflower & Ham Bake

Cauliflower & Ham Bake

Introduction

I love cauliflower...and cheese. Ham adds a bit of flavor and protein. You can sub chicken and light cheese for an even lighter meal. Have one cup with a salad, or two cups if your hungrier. I don't like velveeta so I made a sauce with shredded cheddar and a bit of cream (microwaved). Very satisfying, and a great idea. - 6/30/09
