Ingredients

    2 cups Cauliflower
    1 small - medium stalk of Broccoli
    1 cup tex-mex cheese blend (shredded)

Directions

1. Cut cauliflower and broccoli pieces and cover with cheese.
2. Bake for 30 minutes at 350 F.
