Number of Servings: 8

Ingredients

    1.25 lbs stew meat or diced roast
    1 large onion - diced
    3 large potatoes - diced
    3 large carrots - diced
    1 can diced tomato
    1 can cut green beans
    1 can sweet peas
    2 cups frozen corn
    1/2 cup corn starch for thickening
    1 tbsp course ground black pepper
    2 tbsp chili powder
    1 tsp garlic powder
    1 tsp oregano, course ground
    1 tsp worcestershire sauce

Directions

Chop meat to desired size and start cooking in enough water to cover meat + 1/2 inch. Chop other veggies and throw into the pot. pour in canned goods and add spices. (To add corn starch to hot mixtures, it is best to mis it in cold water to liquify it first.) Let cook until veggies are desired tenderness.

If cooked on stove top, takes about 1 hour to get it all cooking together and simmer to finished. I prefer to throw it in the crock pot.
