Ingredients

    1 C. CornMeal
    1 C. Flour
    1/2 tsp Salt
    2 Tbsp Baking Powder
    1 Tbsp Sugar
    2 Eggs
    1/2 C. Oil
    1 Can Evaporated Milk

Directions

Set oven at 350 degrees. Mix all ingredients, adding water to make consistency of cakemix. Pour into 8X8 or 9X9 pan and bake until toothpick comes out clean: approximately 30 minutes.
