Ingredients

    8" pita
    2 tbsp. salsa
    1/3 cup precooked chicken breast strips
    2 tbsp. sliced black olives
    1/3 cup shredded low-fat cheddar cheese
    1 tbsp. cilantro, chopped

Directions

Preheat oven to 375. Place the pita on a baking sheet, and spread the salsa on it. Add the grilled chicken breast strips and sliced olives, then sprinkle a layer of cheese on top. Season with a little salt and bake for 10 to 12 minutes or until the cheese is completely melted. Remove and garnish with cilantro. Cut into four slices, and dig in!
