Fruity Salsa

Introduction

I like taking recipes and changing them to my own liking. This is one of those -- and probably my favorite new dish in quite a while. This can be served cold with either Cinnamon tortilla chips or lightly salted (or unsalted) regular tortilla chips I like taking recipes and changing them to my own liking. Number of Servings: 8

Ingredients

    * 5 fresh medium strawberries
    * 1 medium apple, cored and skin removed
    * 1 8-oz can, canned pineapple
    * 1 4-oz can, canned peaches
    * 1.5 cup, fresh cantaloupe
    * 1 cup, fresh honeydew melon
    * 1 tsp brown sugar
    * 3 fresh cilantro leaves
    * 3/4 cup mojo marinade

Directions

Chop all fruit into bite sized pieces. Finely chop the cilantro. Mix fruit, brown sugar, and mojo sauce in casserole dish or bowl. Cover and refrigerate for at least 20 minutes.

Serve cold with either Cinnamon tortilla chips or lightly salted (or unsalted) regular tortilla chips

Makes about 8 servings
