Santa Fe Pizza

Introduction

GREAT change to pizza for family night. My picky eater even liked this pizza! GREAT change to pizza for family night. My picky eater even liked this pizza!
Number of Servings: 24

Ingredients

    2 Refrigerated Pizza Dough
    1 pkg pork sausage, reduced fat
    8 oz mozzarella cheese, part-skim
    8 oz reduced fat cheddar cheese
    1 small red bell pepper, diced
    2 cups salsa
    1 tbsp chili powder

Directions

Roll pizza dough onto baking sheets and bake for 8 minutes on 425 degrees. Cook, drain pork sausage, then add red bell pepper and cook 3 minutes more. Mix chili powder and salsa together, putting 1 cup on each crust. Split sausage/pepper mixture onto top of salsa on each crust. Add mixture of both cheeses to each pizza and bake for 5 more minutes to melt cheeses. Slice into 12 pieces each pizza, making 24 servings.
