Sesame Wheat Thin Crackers

Introduction

Got this recipe off the back of my WW flour Got this recipe off the back of my WW flour
Number of Servings: 14

Ingredients

    1/2 cup water
    6 Tbsp oil
    1/2 tsp salt
    2 cups Hard White Whole Wheat Flour
    2 Tbsp sesame seeds

Directions

Preheat oven to 350
Whisk water oil and salt until mixed (temporarily). Pour over flour and stir together. Knead briefly. Let sit 10 minutes. Place dough on cookie sheet and roll out thin. Sprinkle with more salt if desired, and sprinkle with sesame seeds. Taking rolling pin and roll sesame seeds into dough. Cut into squares with knife or cookie cutter.
Bake 15-20 minutes until golden. Cool and enjoy.

Make approx 14 servings of 5 crackers each.
