1 lb swordfish
3 cloves garlic, crushed
3 Tablespoons Kikkoman Stir Fry Sauce
3 Tablespoons Kikkoman Low Sodium Soy Sauce
3 Tablespoons lime juice
1 teaspoon red pepper flakes
3/4 teaspoon ginger
Combine all ingredients except fish in a zip lock bag. Mix thoroughly then add swordfish. Marinate all day. Remove fish from marinade, do not save marinade.
Can be broiled in the oven or grilled. About 8 minutes per side.
