  • I used panko, 2 tbsp pregrated parmesan cheese, 3 medium zucchinis, and added garlic, onion, and chili powders to the mix. They came out so wonderful. I sliced my zucchini in rounds a little less than half an inch thick, and the juicy burst combined with the crunchy coating is outstanding! - 3/19/10

  • i cut the squash too small...this would work with bigger pieces...also too salty for me so next time i make this i need to lessen the salt and pepper... - 3/18/10

  • FABULOUS! We dipped in light Ranch, but I read here the suggestion for marinara and love that idea. My whole family ate them and I could have eaten them all myself. Great find! (Definitely need a double batch for the family.) - 8/3/09

  • I had never eaten zucchini before and was given some. This turned out great. I cut them about 1/4" thick. I think next time I might go slightly thicker. I think I'm going to make people happy by asking for zucchini from their garden. :) - 7/12/09
