Turkey Burger Goulash

Ingredients

    1 lb ground turkey (93% lean)
    2 (14.5 oz) cans Del Monte Diced tomatoes with zesty mild green chiles
    2 cups of cooked elbow macaroni noodles (1 cup dry)
    2 tsp garlic powder
    1 tsp salt
    1 tsp pepper
    1 tsp red peper flakes (optional)

Directions

In a large saucepan, Brown turkery burger. In a seperate saucepan, cook macaroni noodles while browing the burger. Once the meat is cooked through season with garlic powder, salt, pepper, and red pepper flakes. Add canned tomatoes and cooked macaroni. Simmer over medium heat until tomatoes are warmed through and mixture is slightly bubbly. Makes about 5 one cup servings.
