Beef Ribs with Potato & Cabbage

Introduction

I love Schwans Beef Ribs and am always looking for a way to eat them with out eating a bunch in one sitting. Here is my favorite throw it in the pan dish. I love Schwans Beef Ribs and am always looking for a way to eat them with out eating a bunch in one sitting. Here is my favorite throw it in the pan dish.
Number of Servings: 8

Ingredients

    1 package - Schwans Boneless Beef Ribs in Juice
    1 small head of green cabbage
    1 cup yellow onion
    6 oz of sliced Portabella mushrooms - fresh
    4 cloves of garlic
    Salt/Pepper to taste

    Pam cooking spray

Directions

1) Dice potatoes, cabbage, garlic and onion, slice mushrooms.

2) Boil potatoes and cabbage (separately) until tender.

3) While potatoes and cabbage are cooking lightly spray a frying pan with Pam or other cooking spray. Saute the onion, garlic and mushrooms together until lightly golden. Remove from heat and set aside.

4) Heat Schwans Ribs per package directions.

5) Combine all ingredients into one pan and heat through.

Makes approximately 8 1-cup servings
