1.5 Cups Boiling Water
1/3 cup lemon juice
1/3 cup olive oil
1 cup parsley (chop after measured)
2 Tbsp. mint
1.5 cups chopped cherry or grape tomatoes
Salt to taste (1/2 tsp- 1 tsp)
