Chayote and Zuccini

Introduction

Went to an an Asian market and saw this "chayote (jojo)" fruit there. it looked good. So brought it home and did not know what to do with it. Looked up on the net and a lot of recipes said cook and add cream sauce. (not the spark thing to do) So I tried this and was good. Number of Servings: 6

Ingredients

    3 cups cleaned and sliced Zuccini
    3 Chayote washed and cut into large cubes.
    1 Large onion thinly sliced
    3 garlic cloves chopped fine
    1/4 cup olive oil.


Directions

Put all vegtables in large fry pan.
pour olive oil on top,
stir fry till onions are translucent
add salt and pepper to taste
serve Immediately

makes 6 1 cup servings
