I make this at Christmas for an easy special breakfast. I Also make this when my son has a sleep over (better and cheaper than doughnuts -- as I always have ingredients on hand).
I make this at Christmas for an easy special breakfast. I Also make this when my son has a sleep over (better and cheaper than doughnuts -- as I always have ingredients on hand).
Number of Servings: 12
Ingredients

2 cups flour
1 cup raw sugar
2 tsp. baking powder
1 tsp. salt
1/2 cup unsweetend applesauce
1 cup unsweetend almond milk ( any milk will do-)
1 tsp vanilla
topping:
2 TBL sp Butter ( softened)
Raw sugar and Cinnamon sprinkled on top
Directions
Heat oven to 350 F. Combine all ingredients. Spread batter into 9 x13 pan. Bake for 20-25 min. When finished baking spread top of cake with butter,spinkle with sugar and cinnamon as desired. Put under broiler for a minute or so( careful not to burn).
