Cook pasta according to directions. Saute vegs in butter for 3-5 mins, adding 1/2 can chicken broth & garlic until veggies tender-crisp. Cook chicken seperately w/ non-stick spray. Add to veg mixture. Add sun-dried tomatoes, olives & cheese.
*Can be served warm or cold!
I also like to add basil, salt/pepper to taste. Best w/ red pepper flakes :)
