Ingredients

    Jumbo prawns, 700 gram(s)
    Potato, raw, 2 cup diced
    Olive Oil, 2 tbsp
    Canola Oil, 2 tbsp
    Salt, 1 tsp
    Peper 0.5 tsp
    Garlic, tbsp mashed
    dried coriander, 2 tsp

Directions

Makes 6 1-cup serving.

1- Preheat your pan, add oilve oil and canola oil.
2-Add the pototaos and season with all the spices, stir frequently for 5 minutes.
3-Add the prawns and stir until combined.
4-Cover your pawn and cooke on a low heat for 15 minutes or until the potatos are soft.
5-Serve with green or rocca salad.
