Ingredients

    Ingredients:

    *Jennie-O Extra Lean Ground Turkey, 16 oz
    *Salsa, 3.5 tbsp
    *Flax Seed Meal (ground flax), 4 tbsp
    *Lawry's Season Salt, 0.25 tsp
    *Onions, raw, .25 cup, chopped
    *Green Peppers (bell peppers), .25 cup, chopped
    *Eggbeaters, .12 cup (1/8 cup


Directions

4 servings

Makes 4 burgers.

Combine all ingredients and form into 4 burgers.

(If too runny, add a little more flaxmeal.)

Fry burger in a fry pan sprayed with a nonfat cooking spray.

Fry for about 10 minutes or until done.

Good on a Foreman type grill also.

Enjoy!!
