4 cups white flour 1/2 t baking powder 1 t salt 1 T sugar 1 egg 4 T oil 1 t Nigella Seeds
Sift the flour, salt, and baking powder. Place in a bowl and create a well. Mix the sugar, egg, and 2 T of the oil with the flour mixture. Mix until a soft dough has formed. Knead in the remaining oil and let rest for 15 minutes. Knead again and let rest 2 hours. Turn oven to maximum heat. Make 8 balls out of the dough and let rest for 3-4 minutes. While the dough is resting, place the Nigella seeds on a cooking sheet and let warm up. Pat the dough into flat oval shapes. Bake dough until it has puffed and is golden brown.
