Introduction

Cup of each vegetable and a few extras Cup of each vegetable and a few extras
Number of Servings: 8

Ingredients

    1 cup each onions, celery, carrots, peas, green beans, bok choy, mushrooms, tomatoes, chopped
    4 cups vegetable broth
    1 tsp olive oil
    1 tsp salt
    3 tsp Knorr chicken broth granules
    1 tsp minced garlic
    1/2 tsp fresh black pepper
    1 can kidney beans rinsed

Directions

Heat oil in pan. Chop vegetables in order and add to pan as each is cut. Stir occasionally and when all are added add remaining ingredients and simmer for 20 minutes until vegetables are tender
