Savory herb Quinoa

Introduction

This is a personal recipe of my own creation.I never had Quinoa before and had just learned of it's existence! It was made by experimentation. It is so delicious, and actually makes me think of fish just a little bit! (Probably cause one of the herbs is dill...) Anyways, here you go. It is so delicious, and actually makes me think of fish just a little bit! (Probably cause one of the herbs is dill...) Anyways, here you go.

Ingredients

    Ingredients:

    1/2 cup uncooked Quinoa

    1 1/2 cup Water

    1/2 tbsp margarine

    2 tsp Dill Weed

    1 tsp Oregano

    2 tsp Fresh ground Pepper

    A dash of Seasoning Salt *johnny's is my choice brand)

    2 tsp Italian Seasoning mix

    2 tsp Parsley

    2 tbsp dried Onion

Directions

Make sure that before you begin you was the Quinoa to get rid of any dirt or unwanted particles. Next put the Quinoa, dehydrated onions and water in a pot, then set to boil. This should take about 15 minutes to finish cooking.

Once done, add margerine and all the rest of the seasonings, mix it up, then enjoy!
