    *Potato, raw, 4 medium (2-1/4" to 3-1/4" dia.) (remove)
    Garlic, 3 clove (remove)
    Olive Oil, 1 tbsp (remove)
    Rosemary, 2 tbsp (remove)
    Thyme, ground, 1 tbsp
    Balsmic Vinaigrette, 2 T


heat garlic , potatoes and thyme & rosemary with oil in a frying pan. Place in 450 oven for 30 minutes, add balsamic vinegar , S&P to taste, return to oven for 6 minutes.
