Ingredients

1 can (15oz) Bush's Seasoned Black Beans (drained)
1 Tbls Extra Virgin Olive Oil
1/2 cup Green onions (approx.5-6 onions), chopped
1 cup Instant Whole Grain Brown Rice
1 tsp Tabasco Sauce (or as hot as you may like it)
1 tsp Cumin
Juice of half a lime
salt and pepper to taste
Directions
Chop green onions. In sauce pan heat olive oil then add green onions and saute until tender. Drain juice from black beans and add beans to onions. Add cumin and hot sauce stir to combine. Add 1 cup of water and bring to boil, then add 1 cup instant brown rice. Cover, cook approximately 10 minutes, stiring occassionally, until water is absorbed and rice in tender. Add the juice of half a lime when done.
Makes 4 servings, 1/2 cup/serving.
