Ingredients

    can of black beans- drained and rinsed
    4 plum tomatoes- chopped
    1 diced avocado
    3 oz reduced fat feta cheese
    dried herbs- cilantro, basil, oregano
    salt and pepper to taste
    chopped jalopenos (opitional)

Directions

Mix together. Refridgerate for 1 hr before serving. Will keep for 2 days in air tight container in fridge.
