Peaches and Creme Pie

Introduction

This is a lower calorie version of a pie I found on Kraftfoods. It's soooooooo good on a hot day! This is a lower calorie version of a pie I found on Kraftfoods. It's soooooooo good on a hot day!
Number of Servings: 8

Ingredients

    1 reduced calorie graham cracker crust
    1 pkg. (4 serving size) sugar free orange jello
    3/4 cup boiling water
    2 cups ice cubes (not cold water)
    1 1/2 cups thawed cool whip lite
    1 cup chopped, peeled fresh peaches

Directions

Stir gelatin into boiling water until completely dissolved. Add ice cubes and stir until gelatin slightly thickened. Remove any unmelted ice. Add whipped topping, stir with a whisk until blended. Gently stir in peaches. Refrigerate 15 mins or until gelatin mixture is thick enough to mound. Spoon into graham cracker crust and refrigerate 3 hours or until set.
