Reduced Sugar Peanut Butter Cookies

Number of Servings: 16

Ingredients

    1Egg
    1Cup Splenda
    1Cup Peanut Butter, smooth

Directions

Preheat oven to 350 degrees.

Blend all ingredients in a medium sized mixing bowl.

Shape into 3/4" balls place on cookie sheet & press with fork.

Bake for 6-9minutes until just firm, allow to cool on sheet 10mins.


Makes 16 cookies.
