Summer Squash by Granny

Number of Servings: 8

Ingredients

    6 small summer squash
    2 T Smart Balance buttery spread
    1 T sugar
    2 T Splenda
    1/2 tsp salt

Directions

Makes 8 1/2 cup servings.
Wash and thinly slice squash. Discard large seeds. Don't use squash that is tough.
Melt butter in skillet. Pour squash into skillet. Sprinkle sugar, Splenda and salt over squash and cook stirring until tender. Squash will look translucent.
