Wright Wride Salad

Submitted by: ROOKIERIDER

Introduction

This is a salad I found from the website for the Wright Ride which takes place each year in Dayton Ohio. It's a great summer salad with broccoli slaw, cole slaw, green onions, ramen noodles, almonds and sesame seeds. The dressing is oil, vinegar, sugar and the flavor packet from the Ramen noodles. • I'm from Dayton too! My Husband was a member of the cycling club and would rave about this salad (always served at the Wright Wride). It is a regular at all school sports banquets, church potlucks, and family get-togethers. I was surprized to find the recipe listed here under the name I know and love - 5/30/10
