Lean hamburgers

Submitted by: FRANNIEDID

Introduction

I use 90% lean ground beef for this, you can use 95% too but they get very dry and you will need to find a way to make them moister. Many people mix in water. Directions

mix everything together and form meat into 6 patties, I grill them for about 6 - 7 minutes on each side. Serve with cheese, lettuce, tomato, pickles, whatever you like on a burger. They are not dry and are very tasty.
