Ingredients

    1 cup milk
    1 tbs oil
    2 tbs honey
    1 3/4 c whole wheat bread flour
    1/4 oats
    1/4 cup white bread flour
    1/2 tsp vital wheat gluten
    1 1/2 tsp yeast
    1/4 cup chopped nuts
    3 tbs golden raisins
    3 tbs currants
    3 tbs crystallized ginger

Directions

Prepare dough in bread machine according to machine instructions. Cut into16 pieces and shape into balls. Let rise at room temp about 1 hour then bake at 400 degrees for 15 minutes
