Earl's Salmon Patties

Introduction

Easy and well liked salmon patties. Easy and well liked salmon patties.
Number of Servings: 6

Ingredients

    1 14.5 oz. can salmon
    1 egg, lightly scrambled (or egg substitute)
    6 saltine crackers
    Pam

Directions

Put drained salmon in mixing bowl, add one lightly scrambled egg, and 6 crushed saltine crackers. Mix lightly. Shape w/hand (or ice cream scoop) into round shapes, flatten slightly, in medium hot skillet that's been sprayed w/Pam. Brown on one side, then the other.
Makes 6 patties.

  • I made them tonight. They were delicious. I was pleasantly surprised that DH who is a very fussy eater said that they were excellent and that he really enjoyed them very much. I'm definitely going to make them again. - 2/10/10
