This cheesecakes is by all means NOT healthy.
Its basically something you can take to a family gathering or party. Something you can have in moderation. Please enjoy.

Slice strawberries into thin slices.
Mash up Oatmeal cookies or crush them in food processor
Melt 4 tbsp of butter on a skillet
Add crushed oatmeal cookies to butter.
Combine the two, and add them to a lined/sprayed pyrex

Allow the cream cheese to sit at room temperature for about 1 hour- 1.5 hours before starting.

Add one stick of cream cheese to bowl.
Add one egg.
Beat until a light consistency.
Add in additional stick of cream cheese & egg.
Beat & slowly add sugar.
Add half of thinly cut strawberries into mixture.

Pour cream cheese mixture into pyrex.
Nicely arrange the remaining strawberries on the top of the cake.
Have your oven on 320c preheating.

Add pyrex into the oven leaving the temp at 320c for 15 mins.
Adjust heat temp to 360c for 35 mins.

You will know your cake is done when the centre no longer jiggles.
