    10 oz. canned chicken, drained
    1/2 c. celery, chopped
    1/3 c. real mayonnaise (or light if you prefer)
    2 T. onion, minced
    2 t. lemon juice
    Salt and Pepper

Directions

Combine ingredients in bowl, mix well. Add salt and pepper to taste.
